I think the Dolphins are going to see the Packers setup in a lot of spread formations. The Packers used this tactic last year against Baltimore and again this year against Chicago and New England to great success. Four wide sets will most likely not be an uncommon site. I'm betting the Packers will use a lot of Shotgun to give Favre a little extra time and also keep him some pressure off of his knee.
On defense I'd expect that the Packers will focus on stopping the run. If Lucas starts to take advantage however you may see them shift to a zone blitz package to help stop the run as well as get pressure on passing plays. Donatel loves the zone blitz and lately the Packers have been using it much more effectively.
