Looking Ahead To The Jets Game

Soooo, like many of you, I still can't totally shake that game on Sunday. I figured I would play Madden tonight to try and help move on.

Weather was in the 50's and raining, we absolutely dismantled the Jesters and rolled to a 38 - 7 win.
Henne threw 2 TD's and ran for 1, Ronnie was near 100yds and also had a TD.
Oh, and you guys are gonna love this one, Teddy even got in on the action and returned a Kick for a TD!!

Thought I would pass this on, a little lighter thread in lieu of what we have had to deal with over the last couple of days.

I'd love to blow them out, but that's not likely.

They can basically bury us with a win, and I'm sure they'll relish that kind of revenge after what happened the first time around.

If we win, it will be another close one. I also wouldn't be surprised if we get blown out and have our season essentially ended.

Our Oline blocks better vs. 3-4. Thats my theory...im stickin to it.

If our D can show up like the first half of last week against the jets, and the coaches get back into the groove of running the ball...we have a great shot in this one and can hopefully wash ourselves of the stench of last week.

however, if the teams mood is anything like the mood of this board, our season is over. look at the jets - that loss to us cost them the bills game no question. We NEED to get on track this week and if by some miracle we actually take the next two games we are in great posistion!

i personally think we are one of the best teams in the league if we beat the saints and colts. We didnt so we arent but we have the potential...i can only imagine next season but with a few new peices and a softer sched. i think we can get some things done. In the meantime - this season is not over i wish we could have finished against the colts and saints - but those teams are groomed and making a SB run, we are coming of age - the way we played and the youth of our team is really promising. we were 2-4 last year and still won the East. Even if we drop one against the pats and the jets game we can get to 10-6 or 9-7 and who knows where the wildcard will be. So dont give up! many of us did not even expect a win against the saints and as much as it sucks we gave up the lead we have to remember most of us just didnt even expect a win...so why the doom and gloom? i hope the team is ready for these jets and not pouting or we'll get wooped bad.

just hope the teams has gotten over the saints game better than the people on here. the jets lost to us on monday night and that game haunted them so long it might have affected their focus against the bills the following week. I hope miami shows up focused and ready to play because they jets want revenge in a bad way.
