I think Snoop will be back. He can be had for cheap. This team doesn't have a lot of money to throw around, and as we've seen time and time again the coach and the GM like "their guys", regardless if they should be on the team or not.
Also, I don't want Chris Grier to be the guy that picks a quarterback high if it came down to that decision. I expect if the team flames out next year they'll both be gone anyway.
