I recently came back to the Heaven and im a little disappointed at the way some people see our team as weak or underachieving. ive been watching games from this year over the last few weeks and i must say, as much as it pains me to watch us lose the games we did, i honestly think we are a lot better off than one would think. if you consider that we: lost our starting QB and RB, our supposed #1 reciever played like a scared little girl, had 2 rookies staring at corner, very weak play at the LB and FS spots and had one of the toughest schedule in the league, it makes our 7 wins look that much more impressive. we were in every game we played this year, with our worst loss coming to Barffalo(yeah, im still baffled by that, too)...if we had just an avg-good defense, we might have had 12 wins. what I would like to see out of our offense, ultimately, is have a great running game( which i think we do already), but be able to beat you on the arm of Chad Henne( which i did see signs of the last 3 weeks of the season). Also, with Henne going into training camp as the starter, his play will only improve. i truly believe, with some upgrades in the middle of our defense and a true #1 WR, our team could be a serious SB contender, sooner rather than later.

Dolphins gotta fix the middle of their D. NT, ILB, FS

Our offense was good this year . . . we were easily a playoff team w/o the injuries. We gotta improve the D if we want to take it to the next level.

In a year of prolific offenses, ours actually managed to keep pace well enough. The defense was just among the worst in the league. We absolutely cannot afford not to upgrade the defense.
