Miami has the easiest part of their schedule coming. They play the bills, panthers, titans, and bucs. then they have the pats two times, houston, and the steelers... if you cant see how that favors us, you are blind...

Lets just say we sweep the bills, beat the titans, bucs, and panthers. We split with new england... that would give us 8 wins... we then have to come up with a win against houston, and the steelers. whats great about that is that they are........ Home Games!!
If Miami some how comes out 10-6, they will win their division. My reason behind this is simple..
New England will lose against N.O., Indianapolis, Miami, and Houston..
Since Miami will have the better division record, they win the tie! Plain and simple, This is very manageable....

I don't believe we have a chance at a wild card spot, its too competitive.. So we have to win this week and have a streak that resembles last years.

Imagine if we make the playoffs.. We would then be the scariest team to play.. Crazy good run team, great run defense.. You know what thats called? Playoff football!

I like the optimism but we really really needed either the falcons, indy, SD, or NO game to be in the hunt this year.. I think our team will crush the bills, crush the titans, crush the Panther and bucs... but even with all that we are only at 7 wins.

Then we have 4 games that are going to be very hard... Pats, Pats, Steelers, Texans....

To come out 2-2 out of that is probably the most realistic, putting us at 9-7 on the year.. probably will miss the playoffs by 1 game.

Unless the Pats start losing lots of games, they are too far ahead of us for us to catch up in the division... even with our 3-0 division record it doesn't matter...

It sucks that we were so close to beating Indy and the saints, because with either win we would be 4-3 and in very very good shape, but the fact that we lost all these early games is really hurting our playoff chances... 9-7 probably won't make it this year.

Actually we also have a game against the Jags who I think we can crush... if we beat the teams we are SUPPOSED to beat (like we did last year), we might be able to end up 10-6...

Then we just hope that the pats lose a lot of games, or that the wildcard teams drop some.. because 10-6 USUALLY makes the playoffs but definitely not always.. remember last year the pats went 11-5 and MISSED the playoffs O.o

I completely forgot about the Jags game.. WE STILL HAVE A CHANCE AT PLAYOFFS!!!!!!!!!!

Think of it like this: If we beat NE this week then we are one game behind them. The week after they will lose to New Orleans and we will beat the Bucs giving us an equal record and the lead in the division with our head to head record plus a perfect 4-0 division record. Then its just who can maintain the longest from then onwards. It definitely comes down to the two NE games. We need this game on the weekend so badly i could almost call the season over if we lose it. On a side note, lets hope Pit has the division wrapped up and cant move up or down in the seeding come week 17 so we see someback ups.
