ok...so i have this huge weekend planned for me and my wife. we are staying at don shula's hotel on saturday and have skybox seats for the pittsburgh game on sunday.....now hurricane jean is threatening my fun level.

as the track stands right now would you guys still go? i need advice because i sure dont want to waste these tickets thats for sure :(

any thoughts would be appreciated.

Well, if the track stays exactly as it is now, and we all know that it probably will fluctuate in one form or another, then yes, I would go. You are going to be in the Luxury box so weather isn't going to have any effect on you. You will be nice and dry and comfortable.

If the hurricane veers to the south, then I would seriously reconsider. Just keep an eye on it.

ps...anyone want to meet at the seminole hard rock casino saturday night? :D
 
I just changed my flight to come in on Saturday (was planning a same day in and out flight) and will be hanging out at the casino gambling on Saturday night

PM me and we can meet up for a drink (or 5:lol: )
 
did u get reservations at the hard rock hotel?? i tried but it was full D:<


ps. anyone here stayed at the don shula hotel? is it real nice or what? is there a possiblility of seeing any celebs in the shula steak house?

A lot of players go there to eat. Maybe Seau will be there.

No, im staying down on the beach, but im a compulsive gambler, so i know i will make my way there

Hey if you do go and you feel like slumming with the nonskybox seats guys from Naples. We'll be in the West Orange parking section 6 Camry section tailgating!
 
Damn you guys are making me jealous... i've been to every dolphin/jet game since 1993 up here in NY but still have never seen the fish at home. Being the compulsive gambler that i also am i'd be right there with you guys at the casino and then the game. Don't let a fairy hurricane screw up those plans... enjoy the game when our season still has a little hope!!

It's a cool Hotel with a nice Bar....(Shula Steak 2).....Very cozy Hotel...you'll like it...I live about 2 minutes from there.
 
hey 126 you always seem pretty knowledgable about all things dolphins....what are the chances they move this game to saturday? i guess you really only know as much as all of us about that... :( im definitely starting to worry

If Jeanne comes...my guess is that the game is in jeopardy.
