Looks like Brandon Marshall will get off without punishment

That Marshall can be stabbed by his wife and NO charges pressed against her tells me all I need know about the kind of behavior BM can engage in...after all BPD is a mood disorder.

Wow, his dropped passes are only rivaled by his dropped charges.

Doesn't matter. Dude is a gutterball. Always in the wrong place at the wrong time in the middle of some kind of fiasco. Dude hangs out in questionable places at questionable times. You gotta have better judgment than that. He's a grown up. Go do grown up things and make grown up decisions.

and that's it J, until the dude looks in the mirror and understands who the true problem is he will never get it. Marshal is always blaming something or someone for his problems, it starts at the core, the one who is making the poor decisions, the one with the initials BM.

Wow, his dropped passes are only rivaled by his dropped charges.

I nominate this post as post of the month! Hear, hear!

Marshall will get in trouble in Chicago just like he did in Denver or Miami

Anyone know Brandon Marshall's best game the last 2 years in Miami???

2012 Pro Bowl....ouch

Definitely loved him on the field, despite his drops, but the guy is a nutcase and chances are he will end up in some type of serious trouble. Next year hopefully priority #1 is replacing the void he left in our offense

"...it's unfortunate," Marshall said. "You never want to see anyone get hurt, but just the allegation of me balling my fist up and hitting a woman is just a lie. When the judicial system takes its course I'm very confident I will be cleared of any wrongdoing."

***

So instead of an outrageous false accusation, it's unfortunate.

He throws the unnecessarily specific "balling my fist up" into the denial. It's like a robber denying that he stole a car to use in the bank job. It was my brother's car, you moron.

"I'm very confident I will be cleared..." Reminds me of an acquaintance in the late '80s: "I know in my heart I didn't do it." One minor problem...his best friend was caught on tape the next day, trying to cash the stolen sportsbook tickets at the Riviera.

Marshall was spared from videotaped evidence. My instinct is that's what worked in his favor, not innocence.

She wants him charged criminally because she wants to attack his checkbook in civil court, the standard of proof is higher in criminal than civil, if New York could prove the criminal charges she would then pretty much have a golden ticket. I understand Brandon Marshall isn't exactly Danny Wuerffel, but the facts that were released seemed peculiar. She was there for her birthday (in all likelihood intoxicated) and she didn't file a report until she found out a professional athlete with a large contract was there that night. In the end he's no longer here, so it's not a big deal to us anymore.
