[h=2]@SI_PeterKing: Seattle, Miami can now duel overnight for Matt Flynn. Who pays him more may not be as important as who assures him of starting opportunity.[/h]

Im pretty sure both teams will assure him he will start then it will be about money

If he comes here, I want Moore to have a fair chance to win the job

Doesn't Seattle owe T. Jackson 4 mill or something like that? Kinda hard to pay Flynn more than that without releasing him. Not sure of the cap hit they'd take to cut T. Jackson though.

not sure, but i guess reading that the hawks have 30 mio cap-space.

So it was reported before that Seattle didn't offer him a contract. These reporters, insiders, writers, and other rumor sources are hilarious. None of them know what the hell they are talking about.

we'll lowball him and he will tell us to go **** ourselves. and matt moore will start and brian hartline will be his #1 WR, and we will have a top four pick next season, or worse... just a gut feeling.

Good news is we'd probably have a new GM too.

They still have a football team in Seattle???? :rolleyes2:

Yup, and they have one of the loudest stadiums and sell out every game, all while pretty much being mediocre or worse.

That is what happens when you lose your basketball team to Oklahoma city, have no hockey team and your baseball team finishes 29 GB in their division.
