Looks like OU in the Big XII Title Game

45-35
I know it sucks...
Let's hope OU chokes early this year and the right team goes to the NC Game
Texas>OU

it is the right call

there is a three way tie, not a two way tie

three times with one loss - the way to settle is non-conference schedule - and Oklahoma has the better non conference schedule (tougher teams)

Oklahoma had 0 win Washington and Division II Chattanooga on their non conference schedule. Everyone fell in love with them for killing Texas Tech the same Tech who had to rally from 14 down, to beat 4 win Baylor in Lubbock. OU is going to end up going to the NC game and getting humiliated by Florida. Same old Chokahoma. 45-35 on neutral field.

man tell me about it I hate ou , I really was wanting osu to pull a upset but like the dolphins they just dont have the horses at dt , and secondary sucxs

The same Texas Tech who beat Texas. Win the games my friend.

Tech beat Texas - win your games, Texas

and anyone care to post the actual names of the Texas and Oklahoma nonconference opponents? No, I didn't think so.

Oklahoma beat Cincinnati and TCU, two ranked teams, one a conference champ.

Texas beat Sam Houston Jr. High, Mother McCauley's School for Girls, Sunny Bee Day Care, and the Georgia School for the Blind.

I'm wondering why does Florida if they win deserve in over Texas?

^^^^

luck of the draw

Well the SEC has used the arguement that since they were the best conference a 1 loss team from the SEC is better than a 1 loss team from a different conference. Clearly the BIG 12 is the best conference. I believe Texas has a stronger strength of schedule. Losing to Tech on the road isn't as bad as losing to Ole Miss. I think if Florida wins Texas has a better resume.

Texas didn't even win their division in their own conference. That is damning by itself.

Due to computers. I don't think that has anything to do with the title game. Oklahoma lost the Big 12 championship and still played in the Nat'l championship game a few years back. Texas has as good of a resume as anybody not named Alabama right now. A one loss team in the best conference or a 1 loss team in a conference that had a really down year? The criteria for the SEC was that they're the best conference and in years past a 1 loss SEC team was more qualified than a 1 loss team from a different conference. Now that the BIG 12 was far superior to any conference it doesn't matter?

The difference between Oklahoma and Texas as far as how good they are can be measured with a grain of sand...

TT beat Texas on a last minute, great individual play by Crabtree...

Texas beat Oklahoma by 10 points...

Oklahoma runs up the score (just like Florida) on their opponents by throwing touchdown passes in the final 3 minutes of games when they're up by 3 touchdowns...that doesn't impress me....

Oklahoma's may have scored 60 points in 4 straight games...but they can't hold anyone to under 40 hardly....Texas' defense is significantly better than Oklahoma's....

Bob Stoops and Urban Meyer understand this flawed BCS system..and that's why they run up the score every chance they get....

The NCAA says they don't want a playoff because they "want the regular season to have meaning"...

Didn't Texas beat Oklahoma during the "regular season"? What meaning does it have? Why did they even play the game if this joke of a "formula" puts non-conference schedule above head to head? Pathetic...

Is winless Washington any better than Southwest Popcorn St.?

The Big-12 has become the PAC-12....all offense...no defense...there are no complete football teams there...coaches know this...it's reflective in the coaches poll...and it's why Alabama is still #1...

When what happens on the field becomes irrelevant due to some computers "formula"...it's time for the system to be blown up...
