The Dolphins have to come out of the gate like wild beasts. The game in Pittsburgh has the potential to get out of hand very quickly if the Fins are not on top of their game and I mean bring their A+++++ game. They have this pattern of getting down early and if that happens tomorrow I don't want to be in a position where they lose the ability to run the ball. Time to bring out the game plan of your life Adam Gase. Fins Up!!!!!!!:dolphins:

Oaklands defense (and Texans offense) gave Oakland several chances in that game it was just too much to overcome with a 3rd string QB playing his first game.

Texans were fortunate to get the Raiders with a 3rd string QB. Still not impressed with the Texans. The game underscores just how important a franchise QB is.
Sometimes a little luck and team health go a long way.

Texans COULD BE a Franchise QB away from contending for a SB. Their defense is solid, and they have talent at WR and RB. Problem is, finding a legit Franchise QB isn't that easy.

Huh? Both teams looked like ass and only one of them had a reason.

Why do you the Texans would have given us a rude welcoming, because they held a Raider's offense QBed by a Rookie to 14, or because they moved the ball well against a very average Raider's defense.

Though Miami's Defense has been inconsistent at times lately, and the Offense led by Moore is not the same as with Tannehill, if Miami had played in Houston, doubt very much the Texans would have had as much success with Miami.

I do agree though, Miami better be on tomorrow against a very inspired Steelers team, or it will be over before it even starts.

Raiders had plenty of chances to come back if their QB wasn't a disaster.

If you're calling Brock Osweiller a franchise QB you would be woefully mistaken. Texans just got lucky they played a 3rd string, rookie QB taking his first ever snaps in a real NFL game.

Raiders defense is also bad. Despite having some playmakers on defense they were ranked 26th.

The QB wasn't their only problem. They dropped several easy passes too

Maybe but we have a QB but not the Raiders on the other hand both have good defenses it will be interesting to see why Rio did not play the backup QB

Why because the Fins would have come in there with there inspired 30th ranked 'D' and whupped up that Texans Offense? Also Matt Moore would have thrown for 300 yards and Ajayi run for 200. Maybe so? Who am I to say....I hope so anyway.

The Raiders played thier 3rd string QB. Use your head.

Connor Cook 18-45 w 3 picks isn't gonna get it done. And if he gave them a better chance to win over Matt McGloin then McGloin must be as bad as his 1-6 career record. Not everyone has a backup QB capable of giving you a chance. If Carr wasn't injured this is a very different game w Oakland likely winning.
