If Ross does not do something after this monumental collapse at the end of the season, then there is truly no hope for the franchise. Philbin, Ireland and the entire coaching staff needs to be gone after this debacle. I do not think I have seen a coach that displays less emotion than Philbin. When we need some one to lit a fire under our players, that person was no where to be found. If you think that Sherman firing will remedy the problem, that is never going to happen as long as his best bud is at the helm. This was a total team fail.
