If we continue this trend I will be very disappointed! :shakeno: I think you should get kicked out of the league if you lose to this year's Seahawks and Raiders at home on consecutive weeks! Yes, I know anything can happen on any given Sunday, but come on! Who honestly thinks we won't win one, if not BOTH of these games????

Not only did we outscore both teams combined (26 pts MIA -- 7 pts SEA/OAK), we also outgained both these teams (341 yards to 310 OAK/SEA), we had EIGHT more first downs (21) than both Seattle and Oakland (13), and together they only had one more minute of Time of Posession than we did (37 minutes to our 36 minutes).

6-4 anyone???????
 
It's a good thing trends don't suit up and play on Sunday. Still, motivation will be a huge factor in both of these games.
 
Yeah i think a big win like this one will help with the confidence because we learned how to put someone away. Seattle is hurting and Oakland isnt even a football team anymore. HEY AL DAVIS get some cameras quit the NFL and become a reality TV show.
 
yea i hope we win these two. I mean there is no way we shouldnt. If we were able to shut down the broncos passing game, aside from the fullback (idk what that was about) we should be able to handle wallace and russel.
 
it better not be, we got SEA and OAK the next two weeks. These are two games we should win without question.

I could also. After going 1-15 last season, and 8-8 season would be amazing. A lot of people expected us to only win 4-5 games this season. Half way through the season we are in the hunt for the Division title. This team has made a huge turnaround.
 
Well come on lets be honest here. We started with the Jets and zona. We thought if we were gonna be any good they were both easy wins. We lost both.
Then we have NE on the road and SD. We all thought both of those were two Ls. Wrong again.
Then we have Houston and the only team we beat last year, sure fire wins?? NOPE
So not only have we went two Ls, two Ws, two Ls, two Ws, we have done so by losing the easy games and winning the tough ones. So to think the next two games are wins would be very misleading. So far this season we have played down to the level of our opponents. Add to that we have no running game and we had better be very worried. Our D is playing GREAT but we have to find a running game and we have to play every down vs bad teams. This is the freaking NFL there are no Duke, or Clemson on the schedules. Everyone gets paid and everyone is trying to make THIS week the only week that matters.
We are not good enough to take plays off or make mistakes and beat ANYONE. I say at best we go 1-1 the next two weeks. I just hope if we win another game the rest of the year it is the Raiders game. MAN I hate those guys.
Just remember guys nothing is automatic in this league. And after the showing yesterday by the Raiders they will either turn it around or Al will be sending out body bags by the truck load. Heads will roll. Rarely will a team have two showing as bad as yesterday in one year. That first half of the Raiders yesterday set freaking records. And the falcon D is not the ravens.
 
this is great. Bills vs. Pats next week..... someone has to lose. Rams vs. Jets... which could happen. And the Seahawks vs. our Fins. Get ready for a division shake-up!
 
Ktown, I was going to post the same thing. If we keep up the trend, we lose the next 2 games. If we keep up our OTHER trend of losing the games that we should win, we lose the next 2 games.

Let's hope we can break the trend and put up our first 4 game win streak since 05.

If we beat Seattle, then we're 3rd in the division, no matter what happens with the other 2 games. We would be tied with either the Bills or Pats (and ahead of them because we beat them). We're still behind the Jets no matter what happens though.

Here's hoping the Bills crush the Pats! How long has it been since the Pats were LAST in the division?
