After witnessing two games and seeing a win and loss. Would you say that we have another 4-12 team or a 8-8 team (thats with an outside chance at playoffs) or a 10-6 and better team? IMO this is a rebuilding year and I would be grateful for a 8-8.

IMO I don't believe that this is another 4-12 team. Last week was not an a fluke and yesterdays game (despite all of the doom and gloom) was not any kind of embarassment at all. If the Fins go .500 this year, it is a drastic improvment from last year and anything beyond that is Sweet!

I'd say 8-8 is about right. Our D is very solid. It all comes down to the oline. if they improve we do better.

I am for one proud as hell of this team. Damnt hey looked great and better than I have seen them look in years. Frerotte is calm and stands in there and fires. Yes there are a few mental mistakes but these guys are so much better than anyone gave them credit for.

Our o-line is doing really well and giving adequate time to Gus. They will only get better. They have played two tough teams. We are not turning it over as much as we have in recent yeras as well.

The D is amazing, i f'ing love these guys.

Ronnie Brown is coming around, people just need to chill the f**k out on that.

I love these guys and have enjoyed watching them.

If we can get our recievers to catch & our DB's to give a more stout performance... I think we win that one.... we got to get our D some more rest and I think they will last the whole game.... We are very much improved and I think we could still have a winning season if Saban lights a fire up there butts and gets them going against Carolina...

this is a team which will be close to unbeatable at home but when on the road doesn't play well at all, we just need to play better away from home

Too early. We've been great in Week 1, and so-so in Week 2. Give 'em a few more games and then we'll see. I'd say after 4-5 games

No doubt in my mind......10-6

I have to go 10-6.

I think our O is much farther along than last year, and our D is very good...getting better. Seeing how Saban gets the team to play this week after a tough loss in NJ will be very telling.

One that still has no offensive line. Aside from Chambers's 61-yard reverse, we're averaging 3.05 yards per carry this year. We had the same problem the last two years, even before Ricky quit, as well as in this preseason. THAT's the number one problem on this team.

im going with 11-5. We had a GOOD chance to win that game. If we stopped the jets on that 3rd and 13 at their 15 yard line. we would of had the ball at about the dolphins 45, with 9 min, down by 3. That play changed the game. It was a good game nonetheless. I think we can make the playoffs, but we have to win some tough games, if we want to make the playoffs we need to win next week at home and go into the bye week 2-1.

8 and 8 is unacceptable. We should have won that game yesterday. We have more talent than that team - we failed to have the proper intensity. Especially the offensive line. They needed to be much more intense and fierce especially in the running game. Reggie Howard slipped on third and a mile - THAT LOST US THE GAME!

No I find you 8 and 8 cynics boring. There is no way in hell we should be 8 and 8. This team better get its act together NOW or Saban will be putting players like Chambers out to pasture. That guy is killing us. What do we pay you for son? To CATCH THE BALL!

C'mon folks this Dolphin team does not believe in itself enough YET! But we will and then we will all see that you who call for 8 and 8 are incorrect!

I'm concerned about the defense everyone believes it is solid. We have no pressure at all, and did I say no pressure at all..

I think the O-Line improved a lot in pass protection because Gussy had enough time to throw the ball, but they need to work on opening holes in the running game.

I'm not concerned about the QB nor the receivers...

Reggie Howard is a major concern and we must play press coverage instead of those soft zones allowing 10-15 yds seperation to every receiver...

Hard to give a solid evaluation after only two games, but I still think we can finish at above .500, especially if the o-line continues to improve, mental errors are reduced and Ricky Williams gives a lift to the running game.
