Just my opinion, I put this loss mostly on the coaches. Let me get out that Tanne played like complete ass! However, he had time to throw in spots and we take zero deep shots, even when falling behind. On D, we have no plan for their leading receiver in the middle. They ate us up in the middle and besides the play where Wake dropped back, we just let them have everything they wanted in the middle of the field.

I will say that I don't think the separation in these two teams is indicative of the score. We got some bad bounces early, like the int in the endzone and just never gained traction despite moving the ball fairly well early. It was just one of those games. We need LB help in a major way coming up this year. When we don't get pressure from our front 4, which we did not today, we get exposed badly!

Bottom line though is the plan on both O and D completely sucked today, and I put that on the coaches! Hopefully this serves as a wake up call and not the start of another late season slide!

You could argue the previous 6 wins were because of coaching . . . so don't let one loss, @ Baltimore, in December, erase the good job this coaching staff has done.

And people expecting Gase to set up a bunch of deep passes for Tannehill and play gun slinger with a defense that just doesn't have the horses to stop them today was not going to happen.

Tannehill took a deep shot or two when the score was closer but you risk getting your QB killed down so much on the road. Just get out healthy and live to fight another day.

Our LB play was as bad as you could be and Tannehill played his worst game of the season with some of his worst ball placement in his career.

Coaches can't tackle, can't have the blatent awareness that was missing and can't throw the ball for their team.

Skinny didn't get touched today...if he was wearing white, his uniform would have been just as clean as when he put it on

Yes, absolutely. That is why I am scratching my head a bit at this one. I am not sure if they were so worried about getting beat deep they went with this game plan or what. Hopefully this is just a hiccup and we don't revert back. Tough games ahead that will tell us a lot! I do believe Gase is a good coach and we are in the right direction.

Everyone has to look at themselves after this type of loss. Coaches and players.

Talent level isn't high enough to compete with good teams unless everything goes perfectly in our favor. They recognize our weaknesses and take advantage of them repeatedly.

Bingo. Especially on defense.

Scary thing is . . . Bmore may have put the blueprint out on our defense. But it requires a top level QB to run.

Quick drops, get the ball out quick, negating our front 4 . . . . and just use your skill players vs. our back 7. It's an advantage every time.

Certainly . . . but I think expectations of this team and the level of talent on this team have been so overblown due to this streak. I think the coaching has gotten a lot of mileage out of this group.

So blame them for today, but don't undermine (not you, people in general) the job they have done this season up to this point.

Going for it on 4th down first half little gamble but came with big benefits. Our defense has not been that great and it forced RT to throw the ball to win. Those 2 4th down conversations eventually wore out our defense and RT cannot win games like these at this point in his career

I don't know. The Ravens just seemed to match up well against us. I'm not sure there was anything the coaches could've done today. Maybe open up the passing more, but their pass rush is solid and Tannehill isn't good enough to carry the offense for the whole game.

Yes on defense if our pass rush is neutralized it's game, set match. We need to get better in coverage this offseason. CB, especially slot, LB and S.

Crazy thing is, OLine was decent and Ajayi played well . . . . Ryan just had a bad game and you are right, he has a history of shrinking in big games. Can't blame the OLine anymore though. He's gotta play well with chips on the table.

0 points through 3 quarters and we needed a turnover to the Bmore 8 to get a touchdown. That's just not good enough . . . hell with what the defense does . . . this offensive group has talent all over, it's gotta be better.
