All I know is there is a huge history of Gators and Canes. I have read many things about those teams playing each other. I really enjoy the Gator flop story! :D

I don't know the flop story.
I looked forward to the UM ND game as much as any game during the 80's and early 90's. Catholics vs. Convicts was like a bowl game. Those teams couldn't stand each other on the level of the in-state rivalries.

Thats the first matchup I thought of when I read the thread. I honestly dont give a rat's tail end if the Canes play the Gators every year. I would much rather have the U sqaure up against the Irish.

That's because of your age. I know, because I'm right there with you. I don't remember much of the UM UF rivalry at all. UM ND was every bit as bad as UM FSU when I was kid.
But, I bet if you ask some of the older UM fans, like Nabo or cnc, they'll want the UF game because of the long standing instate hate.

UM-ND would be a must. Hopefully they play in a bowl game this year, be it either in the Orange Bowl, or in the Gator Bowl.
