What you see with the Texans is a complete waste of talent, not unlike the ongoing waste of talent you see in Cincinnati. How either Gary Kubiak or Marv Lewis have retained their jobs as long as they have is mystifying. The Texans look like they've just quit on Kubiak and Schaub. Ownership allowed that train to roll for too long in the name of "stability" in the organization. Bob McNair is another Wayne Huizenga, spend the money and keep hands off, to the point where no expectations are apparently set and none kept. How can you be that mediocre with that much All-Pro and Pro Bowl talent on your roster? If you have Andre Johnson, Owen Daniels, Arian Foster, Duane Brown, JJ Watt, Brian Cushing, et al, you should be punking teams regularly, not blowing big leads at home to the Seahawks and laying down in San Francisco to a very beatable Niners teams. The Colts don't have a fraction of that talent and they just won't die.
