Ok I too like many are tired of losing ridicule bad decisions etc and your right it's been a long time since we have been relevant and I myself go back a lot longer then the Marino Super Bowl. With all the B.S. going on you have to remember as fans we don't know what's going on behind closed doors who said we low balled Flynn? All the "insiders" truly don't know either. We sit here waiting for something to happen starting thread after thread of misery. I truely believe we will wind up with Flynn and he'll flourish in Philbins offense. it sucks I know the dolphins are my love and passion second only to my family. Let's let everything play out with the new coach and hold criticism till then

This team has become a joke. I don't see any reason why people in Miami will want to come out and watch this team. Low balling Flynn to go after Garrard or Smith is beyond embarrassment. If we pass on Flynn for either of these turds I am done.

I agree, it seems fairly even to me. And each side has it's "woe is me" crowd that thinks they're outnumbered and bashed. It's pretty much the same as any good message board for any team, politics, entertainment, etc.

I disagree. The board has been really negative the last couple of years. We're all frustrated with the management. It's understandable.

Results are pessimistic thus the comments are pessimistic. Being optimistic is just delusional rationalization of the truth.

Things will change when the results change.

Hope comes from positive moves ... a rare commodity. A coaching change, an RB, & a center, along with the LT don't cut it for a team sport.

100% right. Great right up. This team is in serious decline, empty seats, free agents don't want to play here, front office that has no idea what they are doing. It will be a long time before this franchise gets right on track again, if they do at all.

Philbin is partially at fault. We've finally got a head coach who isn't a wimp, or a jerk with a disdain for the media, or a shaded cliche-prone overmatched coordinator type.

Philbin should be front and center during this period of uncertainty and fan unease, putting forth his point of view, even if obviously straying from specifics that could impact free agent pursuits. Either he doesn't understand it, or Ireland's pathetic fear has already attached.

Imagine Shula staying quiet in a period like this. Zero chance. He grasped the role of the face of the franchise, and was simply a solid guy to begin with.

However, I must point out that Shula declined nearly parallel with the construction of Dolphin Stadium, and never fully regained his prior level. I'm not sure I would let anyone of importance within the organization stray within 50 miles of that hideous structure, other than blindfolded and briefly quarantined, on game day alone.
