IMO good and bad. Bad, LT market thins out a bit now. Good, no Fat Albert.

Well, if true.....it would take my #3 choice off the market. I would prefer Monroe or Veldheer to Albert, so this would effectively take one of our top competitors for a LT out of the bidding war that is about to start.

We are going to learn a lot about Hickey over the next 5 days. I have absolutely nothing to back it up......but something tells me he is going to do well...

I'm with you all with Albert, my feeling is while we were interested last year, I'd rather look elsewhere. Too much money for too big of a risk.

It just goes to show what a sham this whole process is. We all know that the GMs are negotiating with the Player agents, and deals are done but Commissioner Goodell has to maintain this image where no tampering occurs. Thank you Darnell Dockett for giving us a premature glimpse of reality.

Didn't Vontae do the same thing in a last season tweet prematurely congratulating his boy Sean Smith for joining the Chiefs? Whattafarce! Guess as far as his owner bosses are concerned, Goodell and his lack of integrity is worth every single one of those 40mil dollars, eh?

All things considered I think Monroe is the cream of the LT crop so the Cards taking Albert just eliminates a possible Monroe suitor, no problem.
