I am pleased with our current running back situation. The only problem I see, which most teams face is the uncontrollable aspect of the game, aka as injuries. I have faith in Sammy Morris. Much more faith in our situation this year than what we had 2 years ago, when the likes of Lamar Gordon & Travis Minor were given the keys to our running game. With all this said, I would love nothing more than to have the type of luck some teams have with players like Willie Parker. Where a street free agent that does not cost a ton against the cap come in and ball out! Maybe Riggs or Harris could be the next Parker. This way we have our stud in Ronnie and we have a dependable back up that can be used as just that. Or he could be traded for the teams benefit.

Yeah I have faith in Ronnie too, I believe he has complete ability to step up, but like you I also worry about injuries. If Ronnie suffered an injury, I think it would be a huge blow to the team.

I have faith in Sammy. God forbid he will ever have to come in and be our starter for any prolong period of time, but he can get the job done. He's a blue-collar running back that can get us the hard yards. He may not break any long runs like Ronnie is capable of, but he can play well enough for us to keep going.
