Lwrence Phillips sentenced to 10 years jail

Well, I'm sure his 10 years in jail will heal all wounds.



How is it that the victim can't walk right ever again, but, the one that did it to him will get to walk fully and in freedom again?

I can see I need to zip my mouth because this is the sort of case that will send me into a bad, and, downward spiraling mood.

I'm glad he's in jail for now.
 
wasted talent and stupidity just doesn't go together.
 
How is it that most of the thugs are a fin at one time or another yet we manage to keep from being the Raiders? lol

Good point. We`ve had some questionable characters thru the years, especially at running back. Phillips, Sammie Smith, Cecil Collins, Bobby Humphrey to name a few.

What an idiot. I can't stand it when someone waste their god given talent and becomes a menace to society. Enjoy those long hot showers in the pockey Mr. Phillips. No sympothy here for you....

I am not suprised , plus do any of you know if Cecil Collins is still in prison ?

I remember when a player went to see Collins in court and wanny scolded him about hanging out with a guy like that.
 
Although this situation is not funny, I couldnt help but laugh when I read that he was angry because he had lost a pickup football game to the teenagers.
