Sorry to offend anyone, let me re-phrase this. So baiscally the guys who take the time to break down individual player performances and post about it on the site aren't comfortable with Murtha or Columbo at RT?

There have been many posts over the past week about how Murtha should replace Columbo becuase Columbo sucks, end of story. I'm curious to see what actually breaking the guys down reveals.

Ok sorry, misunderstood you. I think RT is definitely a question mark and the guys putting in the extra tape time would all agree on that. Not sure what the solution is going to be.

well i can't speak for slimm or ck or magoo or a few other guys who i feel know what they're looking at and i admittedly am watching murtha like a hawk so there's probably some things that i'm a little too harsh on or overanalyze but there are definitely some things that i don't like...i think we can probably get by with murtha against teams that lack a top end edge rusher...i think we better give him help against teams that do have one...is he a finished product??? no...so there's room for growth there... but can he handle strength in his chest...the only rep i saw he got destroyed

i'm just not impressed with carolinas front and to see some of the things i saw makes me nervous...as for colombo i think i can speak on behalf of the others when i say we all agree that he's washed up...he's way way too upright in pass pro the knee bends not there the lateral agility gone...stiff heavy legged waist bender...i would attack him mercilessly on the edge if i was a dc preparing for us...

Murtha can not pass block "period" if he's on the field the Phinz are DOOMED. I'm looking at the Bucs right now and Murtha is pure CRAP
