Not an injury that takes the whole season to heal. He came into the league with the injury bug label and has done nothing to change that. Oh well. At least I know what position we're drafting next year!

All depends on where the tear is. This is what Turf Toe is all about. It had to be severe enough, maybe even a detachment on the ligament, for them to put him on IR. Not sure with the new rules but they may be able to come to an injury settlement with him and then still use him, if the surgery is successful and rehab is done right, towards the end of the season.
