Yup it was. The Rothman and Manuel Wright, along with the usual suspects, gave the Jet's O-line fits.

I hate to say "I told you so" when it comes to Roth, but some poster last week was dumpin on him. Like i said before... guys, give Roth some time. He still has a way to go, but he's got heart, and the talent to be really good.

As someone posted earlier...we had a very good draft IMO. There is no reason why this team shouldn't get better next season. All of our rookies are getting a lot of playing time...that is huge!!! They have gained experience...they are winning and gaining confidence!!! I am so damn proud of this team and looking forward to next season!!!

#1 On my wish list this offseason...a new corner and safety!!! We need help in the secondary and that has been our biggest problem this season IMO. Our secondary gives up way too many big plays.

Go Fins!!!

But he seems like a potential hybrid. A 4-3 end and 3-4 LB. Anyone else agree.

Funny how everyone, myself included, has been saying our d-line is an area of weakness. If Roth, Wright and Vickerson actually develop as hyped, we could have a very young dominant line for years to come, even post-JT someday.

Don't know what you're talking about. The Bollinger to Jolley deep bomb is the NFL's most unstoppable and feared play!

I like someone with a sense of humor!!!!!!!!

Believe me I sense the sarcasm here!!!

One sack is hardly cause for "I told you so" I mean he could have just gotten lucky. I've never really been down on Roth at all, I'm just saying. There was no reason to have a knee-jerk reaction because he didn't have a sack through 12 games, and there is far less reason for knee-jerk reaction just because he got a sack in this game.

I wonder why you and other people have been down on our DL. Our team is overall set to have a franchise-record 50 sacks this season. We get pressure. No, it's not all the DL doing it, but even when other positions get the sack on a blitz, it is because the DL is doing their job drawing the attention.

Maybe I just dont set ridiculously high expectations for Rookies. I know how ruthless people on this board can be if someone doesnt perform like a star right out of the gate. I mean, look at the slack that Madison takes from some people. It's like i said before, Roth still needs a lot of work, not debating that in the least. All ive ever said about him is that i like what i see from him. I was excited when we drafted him, and im still putting my faith in his abilities...
