He didnt coach that long, I think thats why it has taken him so long to get in. Doesnt have the long track record of some other HOF coaches.

Madden should have WAY been in by now. He was a terrific coach, he had a great winning percentage, he lead Oakland to the Super Bowl and won, and sure he lost a lot of playoff games but he ran into some tough Steeler and Dolphin team that stole his teams glory. Look at the guys record, look what the guy knows about football, he should have been in a long time ago.

he should get it for all kinds of aspects; great coach, great commentator, and his name is synonymous with video games. quite a range. ive' always liked him
