Madden joining NBC for Sunday Night Football...

I love Madden - he cracks me up.

Maddens butt buddy Favre will be on sunday night 10 times and Maddens other butt buddy Vick will be on the other 7.
 
I was told that Madden has been suffering from Dementia. I think his time has passed as an NFL announcer. His insight is always the obvious and usually the people who don't understand football usually like him, so the networks like to keep him around.
 
Damn I thought we were done with Madden.....boom bam that is all he says.....or an actual quote from John, "The team with the most points usually wins."


Costas would be ok, but Madden is a Brady/Favre lover.
 
BAM! Just like that he's back.... ready to say how he would love a team with 11 Bret Favres!
 
i don't mind madden. i find him less annoying than some of the other announcers. joe buck and dennis miller together would be the worst combination i could think of. al michaels is pretty good, he doesn't seem to get in the way of the game too much.
 
is it me or does he always mention the sweat on an offensive lineman's pants....
 
John Madden is awesome, he basicly created the Monday Night football drinking game. When ever John Madden says "boom" you take a shot, when ever he says "you talk about...", for example when he says "You talk about a good linebacker, Ray Lewis is as good as you get", you take a shot. When Al Micheals incorectly predicts a first down, you take a shot. If John Madden uses the term "Turducken" every time you are supposed to take a shot you have to take two
