Barry Jackson, of the Miami Herald, reports there is some speculation that if the Miami Dolphins do not keep CB Sam Madison, he could be interested in joining the Atlanta Falcons or former Miami Dolphin teammate Patrick Surtain in Kansas City.

I could care less where madison goes. I dont think he fits in Nick Sabans system, so thats why i want him gone. I think Nick Saban should draft another db like last years travis daniels.

I do think it's time to on with Sam Madison, but I am glad to see him possibly go to a contender instead of a mediocre team.

S-mad has been one heck of a d-back for us for several years. He is getting on in age, but I would really hate to see him go. I think we still need his experience in the D-backfield, even if we do pick up a stud at CB, S-mad needs to be there to help bring the youngsters along.
I also think with how things ended up last year, we are not still in a rebuilding phase, we are knocking on the door of greatness. I dont think we want two youngsters at corner JMO

We did better then Atlanta this year and were rebuilding! They have no excuse for there play this year! They are not contenders they are pretenders and they will not win a SB for the next 10 years guaranteed!

I've seen a few mocks having the Falcons drafting Michael Huff. So if this rumor about Madison it's true, that might have Atlanta looking at another position in the draft leaving us Huff is Cutler is drafted.

I have always appreciatted what Sam has done for our team and if this was Jim Bates def he would be worth the money...but once again...for the type of defense Saban wants to run..with a physical presence and run support from the corners...Sam is NOT a top 12 CB for this team or this defense. That is all that really matters...and I think Saban has a little bit better idea of what fits this team right now.
