Keep working hard Tua. Curious why he is working only with Bowden? I would love to see Parker, Hunter Long, and our new receiver.

Do those guys even live in the area during the offseason?

TBH, I don't want DVP doing anything (assuming he is on the roster this season) that might stress him physically this early.

They both use the same trainer, Nick Hicks, who makes these vids of his own sessions.

I'm sure Tua does other work outside of this with other players but seeing as it's Nick who's giving us access to his specific workouts we'll never see them.
 
And to think Flo was on this kid about a golfing? Insanity!

The kid has always been about hard work.
 
Thatā€™s the first time Iā€™ve heard Tua say the word ā€œhellā€.

Bet if his dad finds out he will beat that ass.

I agree with the post with one exception;
NOT PARKER. He needs to be wrapped in bubble wrap until camp starts and even then skip the nasty rough stuff the big boys will be part of. Donā€™t break him now itā€™s risky enough him kitting up in the locker room without getting injured.

Thanks for making me laugh this morning. Been stressed out lately cause of work (not to mention all the other horrible crap **** that has been going on all over the world atm) that made my morning.

Only minor complaint I have is that Tua and company need a better playlist (imo Drake is the corniest rapper since Vanilla Ice and I remain utterly baffled at his popularity)

They should get introduced to Run the Jewels (who go H.A.M. on literally every track they release) You'll never hear Run the Jewels make some soft cringe worthy love song like Drake's corny ass does.

One of the comments on Youtube said "Damn, this song makes me want to rob my own home" lol
