Draft Luck and have a ton of picks to work with in the top 3 rounds the next 2 years. (I say keep Long and Pouncey to have a foundation of an offensive line in place for Luck.)
By the time this team will be ready to win, most of the guys who have value will be older and wont have the same value anymore. Get the most out of them now.
Set it up for the next GM to come in and go to town.
