I had hoped he would consider UCLA over the others but once we declined to sign his ex-QB coach, he moved on. I really hope we can do something about our QB situation because starting a WR at QB is not a good idea.

Good luck to Mallett, but from what reports out of Ann Arbor were is he never really clicked at Michigan. Always wanted to go to Arkansas, but dind't want to play behind Mustain. And apparantly he did not get along with many of the teammates (if you guys saw the Wisconsin game, you saw that Manningham and Arrington refused to talk to him). Rich Rod said he'd build the offense around Mallett, but the spread was his excuse to leave.

If we don't get Pryor.... viva la Stephen Threet (who is not a bad QB prospect)
