Malvarez- henne has emerged as #3 in qb market

He could beat out Tebow IMO, but I sure wouldn't want to be the QB having to live in Denver who deposed him.

I think the Jets will go with Kyle Orton. Sparano wanted him here last year and I can't see him signing Henne after he benched him.

just remember this: Henne had to deal with wildcat crap which screws with your development. Then he gets injured last year when Hilliard screwed up.

Henne will have better luck on another team. Whether he will step up to next level will still be the question.

KC would be nice stop for him.
Sounds like more excuses to me. Perhaps he just isn't that good of a QB?

Henne REALLY REALLY needs to land in the AFC East for 2 reasons ...

1) We could use a couple wins

2) Folks watched him 3+ years & stiiiiiill think he'll succeed ... bulbs may brighten after about 5 more years!!

If the Dolphins can’t get Manning or Flynn, the quarterbacking nightmare that began after Dan Marino’s retirement in the 2000 offseason will continue.

I disagree, if we can't get Manning or Flynn our worst case scenario is having Matt Moore as starter while the QB we draft learns on the bench... IMHO that's not at all a nightmare. It's not the best scenario but I think it's a great third option

This is the true definition of another mans trash is another mans treasure, with the treasure being nothing but a box of rocks and pennies.

How hot a commodity? Maybe worth a 3rd? If Miami signs Peyton, drafts Tannehill, and then sign another veteran QB (Brady Quinn?); I would move Matt Moore to the highest bidder.

If Henne's resonating so strongly, imagine what a hot commodity Moore would now be if he hit the free agent market ... as compared to Henne, also a relatively young QB without much wear and tear havingleadership qualities, who actually can hit the deep pass and score in the red zone. Just reading the jest threads about signing Henne, even there there's a strong preference for Moore if he was available.. so not everyone in those forums are clueless.

I've mentioned this to a friend the other night: perspective is peculiar in that a lot of folks around here consider him a journeyman or a throwaway, yet are creaming over a 7th round pick from an awful college QB lineage with all of 1.5 games. I maintained that if this season's Moore was elsewhere and hit the free agent market, there'd be plenty of present naysayers clamoring for us to sign him here on that basis.

Human nature: it is what it is :idk:

I think the Jets are in a pickle. They want to bring in a QB to push Sanchez but if they sign Henne or Orton, there likely to expose Sanchez for who he is and with a locker room that is already showing signs of being dividided this could have diasterous results.

Wouldn't hurt my feelings to watch the Yets to self-implode...........
