Just got back from the game, I think I'm going to be sick.....

That had to be the ugliest playing I've seen since the 62-7 Marino farewell....

Seriously this game was meaningless, but in reality it held signifcant importance considering the state of our QB's, and OL. To my surprise the defense even fell apart tonight to add to the mess that is the Miami Dolphins....

I'm going to try and forget I even went to this game tonight....

The Feeley / Frerotte race is dead as far as I'm concerned. Neither are worthy of starting IMO. Sage is now the only QB on this roster I feel safe with. He's got great arm strength and his accuracy is really starting to show. He has looked comfortable running this offense since the pre-season opener, and I haven't seen half that much from Frerotte or Feeley....

Tonight, Frerotte and Feeley looked absolutely dead out there, and I can only envision what's to come if either one of those two talentless QB's end up starting. I don't want to even think about it right now. I'd rather throw Sage in there and let him take his lumps, at least he can hit an open WR when it presents itself.....

I know I'm venting, but man that was disgusting. I can only pray this is NOT the same team effort we'll be seeing next week when it really matters....

and being the only person here currently who actually went to the game and watched all this, i'll take your word for it.

here's to Sage getting a shot!

Well..he did just throw his 3rd TD pass (first one dropped by Holmes). As I pointed out in another thread, Sage HAS been the most consistent QB over the past 5 games...

How's it his 3rd? Holmes dropped it but the next play he threw it to Thompson.

i think he meant Sage has thrown 3 "virtual" TD's.... but IMO thats faulty logic. i hate "would of" and "could have" stats.

To bad Sage always mops up against other teams 3rd-4th string. I do think he has made some good throws and if any of our backup centers could snap a shotgun we may have more yards.

Because Holmes dropped an easy pass in the numbers (1), then Thompson caught one on the next play (2), and Welker just got one (3).

Well I mean, if Holmes had dropped it on that drive and we only got a FG. Then I could see someone saying it's his 3rd TD. But since it was on the same drive. It doesn't make sense.

I usually do too, but as far as "accuracy" is concerned, that was a TD pass.
 
What the hell is with all this Sage starting talk??

As bad as Gus and AJ have been, Sage hasn't been able to move past either one on the depth charts. And don't give me this garbage about how he hasn't gotten his shot. He gets his shot every practice and has yet to show he can help this team win.

The guy is 27 or 28 and he's been in both Miami and Washington, he's done absolutely nothing in the NFL. He's garbage... and will continue to be.

Thompson would have never had a chance to catch the TD if Holmes caught the ball. Leaving him with 2 TD's.

all 3 of our QB's are "garbage."

Sage just happens to be the most non-foul-smelling one on the team right now.

With AJ and Gus you know what you're getting- Garbage and mediocrity.

Atleast Sage is an unknown, you never know what could happen.
