Man Oh Man Was That Ugly.....

Thompson would have never had a chance to catch the TD if Holmes caught the ball. Leaving him with 2 TD's.

I'm talking about accuracy, byroan, not actual scores... That was a TD pass, just not a TD catch.

Well I mean, if Holmes had dropped it on that drive and we only got a FG. Then I could see someone saying it's his 3rd TD. But since it was on the same drive. It doesn't make sense.
i'm agreeing with you. it's faulty logic. If Holmes had caught that TD, then Thompson would not have caught it. still would have been 2.

we can say Sage made 3 perfect TD throws...

Yes, accuracy wise it was a TD.

all 3 of our QB's are "garbage."

Sage just happens to be the most non-foul-smelling one on the team right now.

Yea...what he said. :D

My God Feeley sucked. How.....HOW could he have choked so bad with so much on the line?

What the hell is with all this Sage starting talk??

As bad as Gus and AJ have been, Sage hasn't been able to move past either one on the depth charts. And don't give me this garbage about how he hasn't gotten his shot. He gets his shot every practice and has yet to show he can help this team win.

The guy is 27 or 28 and he's been in both Miami and Washington, he's done absolutely nothing in the NFL. He's garbage... and will continue to be.

Couldn't have siad it better myself.

I agree that all 3 of our QB's are garbage, no surprise there.

However, I feel like the "most non-foul-smelling one" () is Frerotte. Granted, I have yet to see the game tonight, I just feel alot more comfortable with him running an offense that he SHOULD know, seeing as how Linehan brought him over from Minnesota. Frerotte is a career backup, but Rosenfelds is a career 3rd stringer, in a decent QB situation.

Equation for success:

Tonight's crappy play X 16 painful regular season games = Leinhart

umm..what did gus do so bad this game? he went 2/3. He barely played. it's obvious he's the starter and saban was just saving him for denver. i only listened to the game, but if sage looked as good as his numbers showed, then i think he should be able to have a shot as the backup. no way he starts, he hasn't played against a 1st string d. the speed of the defense a whole lot different when you are playing against starters compared to guys who will be looking for a job soon...

we play atlanta this year, we are not going to show anything

Gus is the starter, no real surprise there. However, Sage should be 2nd string and Aj should be 3rd. I feel way more comfortable with Sage starting at this point should something happen to Gus.
