Was yea we were getting beat 20-3 so it wasn't bad. Then we started to make a comeback and then down by 3. At this point every Phin fan was at the height of the game. Then Mare missed that field goal every fan's emotion hit rock bottom know as depression. See its one thing to lose, its even more depressing digging yourself a hole then trying to come out of it late in the game. Miami shoots themself in the foot every week with 1st half TO's.
Man you know what was so bad about the loss.

I hate losing like this ....had the Pats been us, they would have thrown a last second pass and gotten a pass interference or a TD to win. We NEVER win close games, we never get any breaks, and Olindo Mare rarely hits a clutch kick. :tantrum:

we are in a position to win every game it seems even though we do everything to lose and then when we have the chance to tie it up or go ahead in the latter stages of the match the offence just cannot get it done.

you know if the nfl played 6 quarters we would at least have 4-5 wins by now. I dont know what it is but for some reason the first 3 quarters we are usually out of sync then the 4th comes along and boom we start hitting in all cylinders what the hell maybe we should just keep doing the no huddle offense. We sure put up points when we do. And Mare man you are killing me.

If Jackson intercepts that ball OR Derek Hagan catches that 31 yard TD pass, we have at least another minute and we end up winning the game. Those were the two key plays to me. Also, when it was 3rd and 2 before the FG try, I would've taken that timeout and drawn up a good play to move the ball more. Then spike the ball and take 2 shots at the end zone then bring on Olindo. Tough loss to take.

I dissagree. I was happy that Saban showed the confidence in our offense to go for it on fourth. It didn't work, but I think that it shows trust.
On another note, if you look at the tape if you have it. Watch the last 3rd down before the FG attempt. Welker was WIDE OPEN for the first down, but Joey just didnt see him. I could not believe it. We would have had 5 more yards at least, a first down, and 30 seconds with one time out to move the ball further down the field.
This is just the perfect way to sum up the season. Change one play, just one in each game, and the entire season is turned around.

I personally think it was complete BS that we kicked when we were at the 1 yard line. With the way our offense was playing, the chances of getting back there was very slim. We needed that TD and I was furious over that decision.

Six games? Are you smoking dope? We are done with the easy part of our schedule. We now have to play NE and Indy and Chicago. These teams are going rock our sorry little worlds. And we are going to be LUCKY to win three games. Winning six games is twice as good as we are.
