Mando: Dolphins Need Complete Repair Job

Don't worry I'll be playing Madden 25 on Xbox One, gonna rebuild them into superbowl contenders.
 
I applaud Mando on this piece. I have had major beefs with Steve Ross on two things he has done since he has been owner. 1) Keeping BOTH Tony Sparano and Jeff Ireland at the end of 2010 season. 2) Keeping Jeff Ireland and joining him with Joe Philbin in what is still a strange marriage to me.

IF we are to believe the underlying messages in the presser of Steve Ross with his over the top praise of Philbin and not even mentioning Jeff Ireland, it seems to some that Ross is again going to stand by Philbin, but perhaps jettison the Ireland.

Ross...DO IT RIGHT. This is a mess....fire Ireland, the current coaching staff, jettison Incognito and Martin and start anew.
 
It scares the **** outta me that Ross is gonna take yet another half measure and keep Philbin, which will confirm once and all for me that he's an incompetent fool who should focus on commercial real estate and not own a professional football team.

Here is the thing...if this special counsel finds the locker room was a bad workplace environment, how do you keep Joe? Either he let garbage go on OR did not know what was happening...neither is good. How do you stand by him.

A team reflects their HC and the Fins play just how Joe acts...that bothers me.
 
I dont think nothing wrong with Joe, our wows have been this offensive line talent wise and now social skills. It just amazes me how awful this offensive line is, every week. This OL has surpassed as the worse OL in league history, which was formally the dolphins 2007 OL. You cant hide or scheme away how bad this line is. That last drive is classic, at the end of the day you have to block. Tannehill is becoming shell shocked and on his way to being permanently damage goods, and will be joining JMartin in a mental institute.

Hayden, be realistic Philbin doesnt have magic. No one does, he has tried everything even change our offensive scheme to help this OL and it still can not account for John Jerry Wiffing on blocks last night at the end. Do you think he can sprinkle some fairy dust on John Jerry??

This team needed to come out of the gates angry and play with emotion...nope.

Again, you are playing the game that Joe Supporters do around here...if the talent stinks, it is all Jeff Ireland...that Joe had nothing to do with putting the team together. If the talent succeeds, it is Joe making it work...cannot have it both ways.
