On one hand, I like the fact that Steve Ross doesn't want to knee jerk and doesn't want to fire someone who he still believes is the right man for the job.

Wow, just wow, how in the world is philbin so blind? The answer is he's not. Its not what you know its who you know and sherman is only safe because of their history.
