While neither has a strong background, at the very least we are looking at two people that aren't retread career losers...I think the Rams and Jaguars hires saved this idiotic team from itself there.

What sad-looking list. I hope whoever it is ends up proving everyone wrong. I almost feel bad for whoever it is because they will be facing impossible odds with a fanbase that will be super-critical from the get-go.
