not a horrible coach, but he made a lot of crappy player moves last year while he had control. He traded the 5th overall for peanuts, Braylon Edwards for peanuts. He is not that well liked by his players (they almost revolted last year). And Cleveland's bright spots were taken by Holmgren (Haden, Ward, Hillis, McCoy).
Everybody kind of knew Holmgren wanted his own guy/himself as the head coach
at the end of the day folks, it is all about wins and losses. you aren't going to be head coach long with a 10-22 record over a 2 year span..never improving one season to the next.
