didn't Eli refuse to play for the Chargers because he didn't want to play in the AFC and have to face Peyton more often? If thats true I think Peyton would respect that and not only not play in the same division as Eli but I doubt he'll play for any team in the NFC.

If him and the Colts part ways I think he's as good as ours.

No, Eli went to the Gints because of a long long riff between the Manning family and the A-hole that owns the Chargers. It has NOTHING to do with them facing each other. That indeed is one of the most ludicrous things I have ever heard.

If I was Peyton, that would be one of my headlining reasons for why Washington would be in the mix. Thats a truly special situation to be a part of, and Peyton probably would love it.

I know that it wasn't daddy who first promoted Kyle to be the youngest OC in history for the Texans, but still when you look at his record with Houston and now with Washington, it's hard to believe that junior is both qualified to be, and to remain the Redskins' OC if not for Mike Shanahan's type Polian nepotism.

Aside from not wanting to face Eli twice a season or more, I can't Peyton anxious to insert himself into an environment with an underwhelming yelp of an OC enabled by an HC who engages in public "lets see who blinks first as an object lesson" spite fights with the likes of Haynesworth. Not to mention DC lacking the offensive tools to succeed.

the redskins have a lot of holes to fill and no WR's, the jets are a mess internally and manning will not want to deal with that in the latter stages of his career, the only 2 teams that maks sense are the phins and cardinals, we have a really good defense, good weapons on offense, and a pretty good OL, the cardinals also have weapons and a prett decent defense, so I think it would be between us and the cards.

Peyton would do cartwheels if he could come here, the LR mess is way overblown. When you lose the way we did that stuff happens, he'd do anything he could to come here but we don't want him so you can have him.
