Apparently Manning has interest in what the Cardinals have going on and likes the situation...wonder if he's put out feelers for the Dolphins and they are keeping it internalized for now....take it for what it's worth.

Alright then.. that's that.

He wouldn't do that if he hadn't already made a decision. Peyton is a calculating man..... he's already thought all this through, I am sure.

Oh well. Draft Tannehill

Makes sense for him to explore all of his options. It also makes sense from a negotiating aspect to make it known that you're interested in more than one team. Its kind of hard to start a bidding war when it seems like theres only one team in the running.

... Wtf kinda website did you just send me to

Edit: Ah, THEredzone.org . Now I see. It'd be foolish to think Manning is only going to have interest in a single team. If his mind was made up, this would be over with.

Personally, I termed Miami and AZ "1A &1B" in response to douchebag Florio's PFS Manning "power ranking" (but was censored since I also called his hard-on for the Fins a "vendetta"). So I'm not disputing the validity of Adam Schein's Fox reporting, however in another article he labels Drew Brees of all people as "selfish" so who knows?. :idk:

What there's no disputing is that he's a peculiar looking little bugger (a little like Taco with specs)

He's just using the Cardinals to make sure he gets the very best deal possible from the Dolphins. :ponder:

The tides are a changing....the Dolphins are no longer the ugly bridesmaid.

I too believe it will ultimately come down to the Dolphins and the Cardinals. They both have fairly young talented defenses, and while Arizona has Fitzgerald, BMarsh cannot be overlooked. Perfect case in point is the ProBowl. MVP when he has a legitimate qb throwing his way

How do you read that news and say Miami has its tides changing?

Arizona worry me, I think they are our biggest rivals for Peyton

I think Ross should officially fly to Arizona and present the Cardinals with the "you are being used as a pawn" trophy

It was a joke referencing the fact that many in the media and here on this site love to point out that we were used by Ryan Clark last season and by Jeff Fisher purely to get the best deal possible from the real teams they wanted to go to. I was anticipating someone on here saying that Manning is just using us to get the best deal possible from the Caardinals.

That being said, I do think the tides are changing, and that our days of being used in that fashion are ending.

Because, I'm sure he's not going with just one bit of news. If it said he put out feelers for Miami interest, that would still not mean Miami has won.

This is going to be one long week of a lot of assumptions, depending on every move Peyton makes, everyone needs to sit back and try to see the big picture, or we will have a lot... of we have him...we lost him...we have him...we lost him.

The next few days will be the time where Manning and his people will get as much information from all the teams he is interested in, soon you will hear a report that concerns Miami, let's not jump to conclusions there either.

I believe it will come down to Fins and Cards. What I don't believe is that Manning has reached out to any team. What sense would that make. He is the most sought after FA in history. The teams are the ones reaching out in this situation, not Manning, get real, his agents phone is ringing off the hook.
