Manning to want $21.3 million per season?

Whatever you're reading now is wrong. And if it's true, then I don't want him. I never wanted him from the beginning anyway.

Now is when the ginger tells Manning to go **** himself. Give me Flynn all day over a 36 year old, never to be the same again, Manning. All day!

If that's true, then we need to stay away. There is no way we can justify spending that much on a QB that may not even be able to throw when the season starts, regardless of who the QB is. That's more than a calculated risk, it's a team-killing risk...

I hope noone is dumb enough to pay him that type of money until he proves he can play a full season at a franchise QB level.

From Omar on twitter. If this is the case, time to move on to Flynn. We can't afford $23m per year. More importantly, Manning today (4 neck surgeries) is not worth it. Move on!

  • I have NO IDEA if this is true....we'll only know once he's signed, but I've heard the price for Manning is $65 million over 3.

no ****ing way we pay that...........**** off Manning.

wait, wait wait, I thought it's not about money especially since he banked Irsay's $20mil for rehabbing last season and could make more than that in endorsements.

Right?

God damn it. (and I'm not taking about the unsubstantiated rumor)

$23 million per season??!! That's fricken insane. His agent obviously wants a big bidding war and we need to stay away from that. That would cripple us in free agency and we wouldn't be able to upgrade any other areas that sorely need upgrading.

So he basically wants the salary he had with the Colts. Only team that can afford that right now is the Broncos. Sorry Timmy, looks like your a backup again.
