49ers were almost $24 million under the cap. How do they do it? They don't go signing big name free agents for ridiculous contracts. Now if they sign Manning, that will be a big name free agent with a ridiculous contract...and that will be the end of their cap space.
Floyd in the NFL draft is what he's referring to I think....
He means Brandon Lloyd...not Floyd.
