Now that the guy that made him cry is gone... Does Manny actually come back next year?

I'm just curious what his reaction will be.:dolphins:

What? Who cares...I hope he also goes to Alabama...besides isn't he packing groceries somewhere?

I think he comes back. He wanted to be traded (translation-get away from saban)

Nah he is working at a Burger King in LA. Nice guy too he gave me extra ketchup without asking

IMO he doesnt have what it takes to become an NFL player.Count him as another Saban mistake.

Yeah with Saban and his talk about "this a business you can't determine the team you play for. You're under contract..." So were you Nick but I guess it doesn't apply to coaches to honor their contracts no matter how depressed they may be. My condolences to Manny Wright, he was having to put up with the NFL's contradictory contract situation and clinical depression with the help of Janus-faced Nick Saban.

If he can work out his issues, why not give him another shot?

Wright should have had Satans wife be his agent....I'll bet Satan would have been nicer to him....

Because he's a fat, lazy, crybaby....

I wonder what his grades are like now, especially considering he had to leave USC the first time because he couldn't keep his grades up...

The other two guys who we''ve drafted recently who have been working deserve more playing time than he does. Wilkerson & Rodrique...

The guy has issues. I just love how people treat the kid like ****, when Ricky did the same thing and you all love him. Did you guys think hypocrite lessons from Saban?

Ricky failed a drug test but he WANTED to practice and play.

He played hurt for most of his first year as a Saint. He has issues but they are completely different than Wright. He was a monster RB in college, and he was a MONSTER RB as a fin....

I'm all for giving Wright a shot. IF he shows up, works hard, gets in (or is in) football shape and shows he can produce, then I want him on the team and on the field. I don't hold the guy's past against him if he can demonstrate that he's learned and grown from the experience.

For anybody to say they don't want him on the team just because of what has happened in the past is ridiculous IMO. Bring him back, see what he can do, if he doesn't produce then cut him. Worst case, you're no worse off than you are now, best case you might have a valuable contributor on the D-Line.
