Reflect questions about individual performance. It appears that Saban is less inclined to answer those questions and to address team performance instead. He has idenfied parts of the team that have struggled, but what he appears to want to convey to the public/media is that when parts of the team struggle the entire team is affected. Thus, it would make sense that running backs, quarterbacks and receivers suffer in performance when the offensive line suffers. It is a classic conflict in focus in our culture. Individual versus collective.
