I'm thinking that this year's FA is going to be very expensive to play. There are just too many teams with much cap space to play with. Add in the rising cap and I can see bidding wars for all the top talent. I can easily see the cost projections made by some as being way too low. Hickey has his wok cut out for him. He is going to have to overpay or, we will be very disappointed in who we add to our team this year.

Based on the new CBA, the minimum spending for all teams is now 90% of the cap. It is no longerr what it was.
