a good choice for us........................i'm not saying this just because of last nights game.....I've always been interested in marcus, but just think about it.................Scott Linehan has delt with a srambling QB before........Randle Cunningham.............not to mention his latest project Daunte.............and I truely believe marcus vick when he says he wants to be a pocket passer and not a scrambler; even though he most definitely has the ability to scramble.

So just imagine if we got him.................whether it be by way of the draft.....trading down.............or just trading for him..................
 
i think he will come out this year, and i think he wuold be a good fit in MIA. hes a good passer, not great but better than what we have, and with our Oline, hed be a perfect match.
 
if hes available to us in the draft we should take him. i think cleo lemon will be our future, but vick is valuable.
 
He will not come out this year... Another year in college will make him a top 10 pick in 07, not to mention if he stays, Va Tech will prolly win a national title next year, if they don't already this year.

As a VT alum and resident near his home town, I don't think that he'll come out this year. This is based on what I've seen and heard, however, there has been no real discussions about him coming out early or not.

As far as his game, I think that he's a much better passer than Michael. The arm strength is about the same, but the accuracy is much better. Also, he is not as gifted a runner as Michael (although he is a very good runner -- but Michael is simply un-worldly in this regard). All that said, I think that he needs another year to mature and learn before he would be considered very highly in the draft. If he comes out this year, he may go late-first round, but if he waits, he may go first overall.

He had a fumble when the FB knocked the ball out of his hand on a play near the goal line. But he recovered it himself. As far as TO's, he "just" had the 3 INTs.

Hey shaadi! I live in Hampton and I'm a big fan of the Vicks and Va Tech.

I think Randle was a few years before Linehan got to Minnesota. I do think Vick in interesting.
