Saban should give him the starting job for a week and see how he does, i mean this guy has mad talent don't get me wrong, but i want to see him in action, just for one week because i guess everone is giving up on joey and daunte..... I think Cleo Lemon should get the wave for one week to just to see what plays out...


your guy's thoughts?:confused:
 
As the season grows older, I think the idea of playing Cleo Lemon has merit. At least we could see if he's made progress as a QB prospect.

As far as Vick goes, he should stick to receiver. He's been on a steady path in learning that position, and throwing him into the fray as an unprepared QB would not be wise.

i agree with you on lemon, but i guess the seasons lost anyways as everyone says, hey it wouldn't hurt to try vick, but i would put lemon in before vick

I was actually thinking the same thing about giving Marcus Vick a shot considering the amount of upside he has as an athlete and how horrible our O-line is. The likelihood of this happening is about as good as me strapping up and playing quarterback this year. I don't see it happening.
 
why not just put welker at QB...at this point he cant be any worse than what we have:wink:

Now I definatly think if were talking about starting more backup QBs, Lemon has earned the job before Marcus. I wouldnt be against seeing Vick in at QB at some point but only if the idiot who calls our plays has this in mind for his gameplan and runs an offense that will suit his style of play.

Sad to say that none of our recievers have proven that statement idiotic. But Lemon and Vick aren't the answers, those who don't think it can get any worse don't remember Lucas and Sage's starts. Harrington has played with ability, far from perfect but we're still competitive and his play hasn't been what is crippling this team.
