For all those who think Young is better than Dan, tell me why the HOF officials said that 85 ot 90 percent of sundays attendance will be Dolfans! Yeah baby! And for those who think Motana is better, please remember that Dan never had a DEFENSE (Ansparger left and was replaced by Oliva****ty) or a running game. Motana would never have even gotten to the SB if he was in Miami. Dan would have had 5 or 6 rings in SF.

I agree...only 1,000 yard rusher Dan ever had was Abdul-Jabar, and by then Dan was on the decline.

Young was a really good QB. He was accurate ( look at his rating) could scramble better than any QB at the time he was playing and had a great arm. I always liked him. Rememebr when he took off running over the Colts defense and carried thier CB in the endzone on his back???? Awesome.

I think Marino was a better QB, but still Young in his prime was fun to watch. Im looking forward to seeing them both go in tomorrow.

I dont think even Young would consider himself in the same category as Marino. In fact there was a real possibility that he wouldnt have been nominated this year.

This is the Marino HOF show.Period.The other nominees will be talking about getting in the HOF the same year as Marino did.

BTW I wish the best to our fellow FH members who are over there.I know its a lifetime dream to many of them.Have a few of these.I wish I was with you.

I agree they were both great QBs but I wanted to point out that even without the great scrambling ability that Marino was also very fun to watch in his prime!

The HOF is gonna look like a game with all the aqua/orange there.

Should be sweet. Young and the other guys are gonna feel like dicks. Although I'm sure Young will get some good praise from the crowd.

That's so true, I didn't think about it that way! Too bad I can't be there. But I hope tommorow it will look like Dolphins stadium was moved to canton!

I give Young all the credit in the world, he was the exact polar opposite of Marino in terms of the way he played the quarterback position...and you have to appreciate his career 1# passer rating. I think Dan was the best ever, but I`m glad Young is going in at the same time...he deserves it.

if miami would have traded for barry sanders and if jimmy would have drafted randy moss what do you guys think of dan wining a t least one sb. plus i think these so called 8-8 seasons are part of the reasons for dan not wining a ring these 8-8 seasons sux because where is the talent at ? i would rather have two losing seasons that those crappy 8-8 seasons because at 8-8 you are not going to get the types of players that we need. i know that losing suxs but when people say that the dolphins haven't done anything since 84 i cant find a argument so it really stinks that i am hearing well maimi never had the talent and if marino went elsewhere he could have won a ring. well i say what if we could have drafted better . so i think these 8- 8 or 9-7 seasons have really been a factor in dan's lack of a ring.

With the amount of Miami fans attending this weekend, I think Steve will be thanking his lucky stars that he wasn't a Bill.
