You need to remember that Dan is a journalist of sorts. He has to maintain an image that doesn't say "WANTON HOMER"...even at CBS. That fact should really inform your thoughts when Dan shrugs off some bad Colinsworth joke or takes the favored team over our beloved Dolphins.
