Been messing around with a pic of the Dan Marino statue.Just wanted to see what everyone thought.

you asked, I don't care for the text, pic and background work fine. The statue salutes the man and his accomplishments, not his teams failure.

I understand what the statue represents.Im saying who needs a ring when u have a statue.

yeah, I don't really like the text either. I see where your going with it, though. It just doesn't work for me.

I didn't like the caption at first...but now I do. Does Elway or Montana have one of those? Does anybody in any sport besides Jordan have something like this? Good Sig!!

Let's see Putin try and take that ***** home!

Steve Prefontaine has a statue. Its the only statue nike has ever erected in honor of one of their sponcers.

WHO NEEDS A RING? i think danny boy would be the first to admit that he does.

Hey im working with what we got here.A ring last a lifetime but that statue will be there 4 ever.

Somewhat related, I hope they make a worthy and recognizable bust for Marino in Canton. A few years ago I visited the Hall of Fame and at least one of our inductees had an absolutely horrid bust, one that didn't resemble him at all. I think it was Little or Csonka.

I think the text is in bad taste. We know that Marino's biggest professional regret is not winning a Super Bowl. I imagine you have good intentions, but a reminder of that regret is in bad form. It's not as if Marino is likely to ever see your sig, so I suppose it doesn't really matter. I can only speculate how I would feel in his place.
