It's a very nice house, but I wouldn't want to live there. The style is very old fashion and it just doesn't jump out as being as comfortable as most of the houses on cribs. Any else agree with me?

yea, but if you got the money to buy that house then you undoubtably have the money to get all the new furniture you want

A "florida room" is a room for relaxing. Also called a "lanai" in some places. Lots of windows, generally less formal than a living room and brighter than a den.
